Can not sign in account

it says "Invalid email address or password supplied."

when i tried to get lost password it says "The email address supplied is not registered with us."

but i can still log in to here but not c panal ?

Where are you logging in? The only place that could ask for your email as a username is your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php. Are you logging in there with your .co.uk email address?

yes im trying to sign into https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php. and it says
