Website Shows \'SiteGround: There is no webpage configured at the URL you are trying

I registered my x10hosting account about a month ago and that is all it shows. I used to have http://jbradio.x10.mx and it showed the siteground thing so i switched my URL to jb-radio.com (Which I Own). It still shows the SiteGround thing. I already made an index.html but it does not show up. I have the Boru server.

    Log onto cPanel

    "Advanced DNS Zone Editor"

Find your domain in Zone File Record, Type A

    "Edit"

Change the Address to 69.175.121.66 (that is Boru)

It should take 24-36 hrs for the change to propagate (try a public site proxy service to check, the change should be seen fairly quick from there). Flush your DNS.
    Nothing is always absolutely so.

This worked for me. Thank you!

One Problem. When ever I add a sub domain, the same thing happens...

Do i just put the 69.175.121.66 again for the subdomain.

    Yes.

When you go to cPanel, please note the "Shared IP Address" near the bottom of the left panel and post it back here. That might be the problem. Once you have fixed the subdomain (probably the quickest), I will Escalate this so an Admin can fix the cPanel so you don't have to keep doing this manually.

I could only find a Dedicated IP Address: 184.154.159.10

Ok. That is probably the problem. Will escalate this to a Support Ticket so an Admin can fix that so you do not have to jump through hoops next time you want to add/change a domain.

Problem: cPanel has his IP as 184.154.159.10 which is apparently what it gives to the nameservers when he adds domains.

This will close the thread (don't panic!), but you can follow the Support Ticket by clicking on the gold bar at top of the page.
