It was; there was some debugging going on with the high resource usage system.

Speaking of which, I do feel like I should warn you that if the cause of the high resource usage is -not- found and resolved within 24 hours, we'll have to do another 24 hour manual suspension. Those two suspensions you had were -both- triggered by high resource usage, 80%+ cpu for over 30 seconds.
