    I know this problem has been reported in a number of threads

    Had you read any one of those threads, there would have been no need for you to open your own.
    This is a known issue. It's currently being worked on. If the issue persists in 24 hours, please let us know. Clear your browser cache and flush your DNS at regular intervals.
