404 error

I have recently signed up for a X10hosting account and have been working in wordpress on the site to create a website http://kdowell.x10.mx/wp/. Yesterday I was able to access this web page. I have made no changes since and now it is coming up with a 404 error:

404 Not Found

The server can not find the requested page:

kdowell.x10.mx/wp/ (port 80)

Please forward this error screen to kdowell.x10.mx\'s WebMaster.

I have not made any changes to it and am unclear why this error is coming up now - is it an issue with the server your end?

The problem appears to have resolved itself now not sure why it was coming up with a 404 error for several hours but now it is loading fine.

There were some issues with the servers, but they've been fixed now
