hello. I am newbie to open website.

these days I am testing several ecommerce program and today somthing wrong.
I cant contact my site thru firefox and explorer.

even I delete all file and upload again. it doesnt work.
I think I delete something should not be deleted.

there was a file named as \"ftpquota\" but I cant find any more.

I think I can do from first step. if I get a new and clean public_html.
please help me out and thank you so much.

it woked yesterday and I had deleted oscommerce and tried to install other site.

problem happens.

it has been more than 2 days that i made my account.

also the used disk space marks 0MB used always.
