Error 404

When i try to access my website from my domain name, it gives this page: http://confuz3d.cz.cc/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

And when i try to access index.php, i have a 404 error. I checked on my ftp to make sure all the files were here and there's no missing file. What could possibly cause that?

Edit: By the way my site was working perfectly yesterday before I went to bed.
