Still problem with my site

i have uploaded my index.html to Public_html and my page is still showing this..

ok i emptied my cache and it works but iv posted to my friend and his shows a blue page with the same writing? now sureley there must be something wrong here becuase it shouldnt do that to my friend also? and not everyone who visits this site will know (or want for that matter) to keep clearing there cache? have i deleted something i shouldnt have from the ftp? cant work it out

The blue page was temporary. It was happening to everybody.

If you went when the blue page was there, it got cached by your browser and/or ISP.

The server is now working correctly. If a new viewer comes to the site, they will see the correct content. (fresh new drum and bass label brought to you by the Reaperz, check back for more updates soon the site is currently undergoing construction.)

If they have the blue page in browser/ISP cache, they will see that. Until the cache is cleared/expired.
