    CGI-BIN Default Webpage

This has happened twice now, and I can\'t understand it.

I type the name of my web address, and the cgi-bin/DefaultWebPage.cgi pops up. Yesterday, I typed the /index.php, and there was a 404 error, while today, it works fine if I type /index.php!

I'm wondering if there is something I can do to fix this issue, apart from flushing the DNS, as this never works.

    Thank you in advance.
