Clean my account please!

I want to completely clean my account. Delete all databases and files. I used the file manager to delete files but the file(s) still exist. Can you help me in deleting all the files and databases on my website?

Have you tried deleting the databases via cPanel? Also, have you tried deleting the files via FTP?

Also remember to never delete the following directories (you can delete what's inside of them, though, unless I tell you otherwise):
public_html
public_ftp
www
any directory starting with _vti (e.g. _vti_conf, _vti_somethingelse, etc.). While you CAN delete this with no harm being done, cPanel will simply keep recreating them
any hidden directory in your home (root) directory
