Suspended while installing Batavi

Dear Support,

I was suspended while installing an e-commerce program, Batavi, but fortunately the suspended was lifted later that day. May I check with you, is there anyway I can install this program without being suspended?

Hello,

It looks as though you were suspended for high resource usage-essentially when you use more than your fair share of server. Please see: http://x10hosting.com/wiki/HRU
You should be able to install it, but some software may just be too heavy for free. Please keep in mind that if you upgrade to Prime the limits are doubled, and on Premium the limits are considerably higher.

Step 2 of the installer is the problem, it's running more CPU than Prime would allow for a much longer period of time than normally allowed as well.

That said, if you can get past step 2, the problem itself should go away - legitimate vBulletin installs have this issue as well.


For the curious, I checked the system log for what caused it; it shows the url in question was step 2 of the installer, CPU 50+% for over 30 seconds.
