Content not Updating : (

I have created this site as part of an HTML/Web Design course. I have uploading improved and updated html docs for my web pages and they ARE NOT showing the changes. I have repeated uploading them all, and my pages are still not showing all of the changes that I have made. Please help. By the way, I did do the dns cache in the command prompt. It is still not working. Thanks

Just to confirm, are you uploading all new files into the public_html directory?
