Starka's cPanel is working fine. What is the error you are seeing?
Also, please confirm you are using either: http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082 or https://starka.x10hosting.com:2083/ to access cPanel.

As an owner of a forum myself, I understand there can be problems with posts, I did not have evidence that they were down. But I got a 404 Error by iexplorer.exe "Internet Explorer 8".
You are very much welcome to take this off the forum, I am not the boss, do as you please.
