Please Guide me on how to setup name server in my domain http://thoo.co.cc or please provide full details on how to link Stoli/ Starka or may be like this ns1.stoli.x10hosting.com or ns1.starka.x10hosting.com

You need to go to co.cc, login, and set up the domain. The nameservers are:
ns1.x10hosting.com and
ns2.x10hosting.com
