suspended account

hi i uploaded a file that was given to me, i was told it was a picture but was unsure why it was a php file, so i uploaded it to see it online, i\'m still unsure what it was but i have been suspended as a result. i deleted the file as soon as i was suspended, can my account be re-opened please?

You uploaded a phishing page, which is what the suspension reason says. There is zero tolerance for it, meaning that it doesn't matter whether or not you knew what it was, there are no second chances. Your account is permanently suspended.
