Please help!

I created a MySQL Data base and installed a software (GoClick)on my account. But I can't run the software. Anytime I enter my loggins (admin and password), its says `` authentication failed``. I clicked the forget password button and it sent me a new password. But when I enter the new password, it keeps saying Authentication failled. I've been doing this for 4 days now and it's still not working (authentication failed).

I need your help.

More than likely cause none of us are familiar with GoClick; this sounds like an error with the software itself and not with the account, which means unless we've used GoClick, we won't know the appropriate solution.
