suspended - high cpu usage

hi there, my wordpress blog hosted here was suspended. i also seen several users are complaining about this "high resource usage" suspension.

I assume my wordpress blog has no cron jobs, as evidenced by the wp-xml sitemaps. i manually refresh my sitemaps because the wp-scheduler is displaying such limitations in scheduling. and i only refresh my sitemap when i add a blog entry, and it tops to 18.x mb memory consumed.

aside from that, im not really able to gauge the site, but per my sitemeter image, i have 1 - 5 online per day. so im not sure if that could contribute to a high cpu usage.

anyways, i tried to "unsuspend" the hosting on the control panel.

im just concerned about my articles, i havent made a backup. i need to get a backup, and see if this still persist. it already happened on me on [host removed], they just took down their entire services, went out of business and i even didnt have the chance to backup my blog.

oh i already made a blog backup. by the way i have quick-cache plugin installed.

Disabling all plugins should help. Enable them one by one with a reasonable gap, then you should be able to see which one is causing the suspensions.
Alternatively, you could upgrade to prime where the limits are doubled, or premium where they are considerably higher.
