Did not receive the activation e-mail

Hi, I have registered free hosting account, now I have to activate that account by e-mail verification.
I expected the e-mail to be send automatically to my e-mail address in 2-3 minutes, but it did not arrive yet (about an hour)
Can you help?

I resend an activation mail and received it with no trouble at all.
