cpanel access

hello, i am having a problem accessing the cpanel. when i click the link it it opens a new tab in my browser, but it is a blank page. i am using firefox 4 on OS X. Thanks!

it does the same thing. it opens a new tab in my browser. page address says about blank. and thats it
