My acc is suspended

Hi I wonder if it is possible to de-suspend my site because it was suspended by malware but I have nothing that I have a file is malware. exe but it is to use IP for a game not affiliated with or with no virus and so on I hope your answer thanks style.

It looks as though the suspension was applied manually by a staff member, not by one of our automated scanners. For that reason, it's a permanent suspension for violation of the Terms of Service. You can have no further access to your account.

You were permanently suspended by me after I received two separate tickets from our datacenter regarding two viral EXE's on your account.

Two -separate- tickets were opened. Two, from two separate reporters who both saw fit to report it to the datacenter. Both also affixed the required logging information that show both confirmed positive for a trojan horse.

You cannot be unsuspended.
