No Access to account

My test site is gone and I can no longer access the Cpanel. I can access my account info which indicates active as follows:
Client Account Information
account id - TMA13704429
support requests - No Open Requests
email history - 8 Notifications Sent

When I try to send a support ticket I received the following:
Create New Support RequestUsing the below form you may create a support request to receive help from our staff.
Support is currently closed for the server your hosting account is on (). Please visit our forums and read the news.

Can you please advise me as to what happened?

Your forum account doesn't have a hosting account attached to it. What was your cPanel username?

That hosting account was terminated on 04/04/2011 for being suspended 34.55 days. Unfortunately I can't see a suspension reason, but it was likely suspended for inactivity and subsequently terminated.
Feel free to sign up for a new account by logging in at (https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php) then go to "hosting" in the header bar, and follow the links to add a new hosting account.
