Trying to register for a hosting

Whenever I register for a hosting I get this message:

We detect that you are accessing our service through a proxy or attempting to register multiple times. We do not allow signups through proxy services or more than once per 24 hours. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact us on our forums.

First time trying to register.
Please help me.

As the message states, you are either using a proxy or someone else on your IP already registered for an account in these past 24 hours. Please check your internet settings and disable any proxies you are using, and then try again after 24 hours have passed.
