cant login using my email and password

Dear Sir,
I think after the forum has updated,I cant login using my username and also my email id in the login space given on "x10hosting.com"

But I can login into x10hosting.com/forums using my userid and password.
I donot know the problem.
plz help.

I got it right with your help.
But previously I used to use my user name which is not my email id.
Now I can login only using my email id and the same password as that of my username too..
Do you know why this change happend?
