I can not create new host-domain in my X10hosting acount

Dear X10 Administrator (to whom it may concern)

I have an acoount in X10 hosting. Here is my account info :
X10hosting Username: ariiraw3
Email : ari_irawan@yahoo.com
x10 Forum Username: ari_irawan
My previous host-domain in x10hosting have been removed (inactive) for the reason of I have not visit the forum for the last month. The problem is I can not create new hosting, register new hosting, and/or create new add-on domain in my x10 hosting account. I also can not visit the cpanel site.
So please advice me what should I do, I really need your help in here.

A hosting account matching the username "ariiraw3" was terminated on 14/12/2010 for being suspended 21.07 days. I can't see the original suspension reason, but as you say it was likely suspended for inactivity and subsequently terminated. This is why you can't log into cPanel. If you log into the account panel at (https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php), then click "Hosting" in the header bar, there should be a link in the block of text that appears for you to sign up again and add the package to your account.

Thks very much for your advice, anyway I still have a problem when I want to sign up again and add the package to my account, there is a message "Due to continued abuse from your country of origin we have currently disabled signups. Please try back at a later date."
So it means that I can not sign up again with my x10hosting account right ?

Hello,

That does mean you can't sign up I'm afraid. Signups are currently blocked from the countries that showed the most abuse in the past. We have no way to override the block.
