No, there is no second chance. 3 separate people have told you this. You agreed on signup, you broke the terms, and were permanently suspended in accordance with them.

Ticket closed, and your access to the ticket system is now revoked as well.


Edit: Oh good, you translated it for us. It's still permanent - the warning was the TOS. The File Hosting section was violated, as was the part about us allowing only English, Spanish, or French. There was no translation available, so it broke that rule too.
