Hello people! As I said at the title im from Argentina. Today, I was trying to register a Free Hosting Account, and I was surprised when I saw a message which says that I can't register a new account by the abuse that some people from my country did with your service.

I only want to know if you can make an exception with me. I need a good hosting to work with a blog, but now I dont have money to pay a paid hosting. I need to test some things, and the only trusted hosting that I found is this.

Please, I need this.
