Clear your cache; the defaultwebpage.cgi page has been removed for several days and was replaced with a variation that doesn't stick in browser cache's so darn long.

I can confirm it's loading fine here without displaying "default web page;" I get a Parse Error instead from an error inside the code for the page (it does indicate it's in index.php).
