I signed up last week with the user intlabs and have still not been able to do anything with my account, access to cpanel has not been available throughout and I do not see if there is anything else I may acheive. Can somebody reply with some information regarding my account.

There have been no reported issues with cPanel on your server, so it must be something at your end. Please try both: https://stoli.x10hosting.com:2083/ and http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082/ to access cPanel. You should be using the username: intlabs.
If that doesn't work, please try resetting your password as per the instructions here: http://x10hosting.com/wiki/How_to_Ch...Panel_Password
