Website Not Working

before one hour i deleted my whole files from file manager by mistake,
than i upload a backup of public_html Directory to root level but still my website is not working plz help

but now i have uploaded a backup of public_html

Hello,

It won't work, as there is a backend link on the public_html folder that links it to the www, which is what serves your site. I'll ask an admin to fix it.
Edit:
Actually, it's the www links to the public_html. I got it the wrong way around the first time.

Looks okay here, it's serving properly out of public_html and the symlink for www is intact and functional. What it -looks- like to me though is that not all of the backup has been uploaded as most of the folders don't have anything inside them.
