my acc suspended

Your account is not showing as suspended in the system, but you are still being redirected to the suspended page for some reason. I've done the usual suspend/unsuspend trick, but that hasn't helped.
Could you please post the contents of the .htaccess file you have in the public_html directory on your account. If using cPanel file manager you'll have to enable the viewing of dotfiles to see it.
