It's not the jar and class files thats the problem, it's that you engaged in illegal activities under the Runescape TOS and use of the Runescape client in violation of Runescape's TOS, thereby making it illegal.
This is permanent. You will not be granted access to your account for any reason.
TOS breakers will be suspended regardless of race, creed, national origin, hair color, or favorite food. Thanks for your understanding!
