Never been able to log in to cPanel

I've looked at other threads on this problem, and none of the suggestions proposed there work for me: I've never been able to log in to cPanel. I have to get there via the home page, two account management panel pages, and the cPanel button. It would be handy to be able to go to cPanel direct. Is there a trick to it?

You need to access cPanel via either: https://starka.x10hosting.com:2083/ or http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082/
The system shows your cPanel username as: boltup
You should use the same password as you'd use to get into the Account Panel.
