    Accidentally upload proxy code

I totally forgot that it was against TOS to upload proxy server scripts to the server.
Please unsuspend account so that I can get back into my server and remove the proxy server script.

    Hello,

Proxy scripts are in violation of the Terms of Service and warrant a permanent suspension. You can have no further access to your account for any reason.

I only made this mistake once, and by accident, and I'm sorry for it. I understand you offer this hosting for free, and proxy scripts can take a lot of bandwidth off your server. If you will not allow me to access my account any further, at least allow me to download my files off the server, I don't have a local copy of anything. In fact, I was even planning on upgrading to x10 premium some time soon, but since you've done this to me, I've totally changed my mind. If this is a loss for your company, there is no one you can blame but yourself. There are other hosting companies that do not throw away their chances like this.

I'm sick and tired of people like you. "It's all your fault" "let me have my files" "PS x10 suck". You've abused the terms of a free service to which you agreed upon signup. I've taken a bit from the ToS below, and have put the more important bits in bold for this case.

    * Proxies: We do not allow any kind of proxies to be used on our servers, for any reason.
    8. Suspensions

If an account is suspended for a breach of the terms outlined above the account holder will immediately forfeit all rights to the account in question including access to any and all files and\or databases located within the account. x10Hosting is under no obligation to provide backups in full or partial to an account holder that has been suspended.
So no, you can't access the account to download the files.

I don't know why you feel the need to target me over this. Free hosting support is run mainly by volunteers like myself, giving up their own time to help ungrateful people like you. To be completely honest with you, I'm rather glad you're moving host, as there is no room on this service for people who do not respect staff, support or otherwise. This is completely your fault, not ours. Do not take it out on us.

    Thanks for using x10!

    Re: Accidentally upload proxy code

Just to jump in, if you want to blame someone s_helgason20, blame me. It's my scanner that suspended you, which also means someone used said proxy. For my own personal scanner to catch you, you MUST ACCESS THE FILES.

So no, you won't get the files back, period. If this is going to cause a problem for you, too bad, it causes a problem for me to have to hand-maintain our scanners so they can run 24/7 and suspend the folks breaking the rules.

TOS breakers will be suspended regardless of race, creed, national origin, hair color, or favorite food. Thanks for your understanding!
