I have not recieved the confirmation email and I cannot answer the last notifacation question in order to start. It need the confirmation code to verify my email. I need to get started! Thanks.

Also, have you checked the Spam/Junk mail folder?
Have you tried resending the confirmation email?
If you've done all of this and it still isn't coming through, try a different email address by logging in here (http://x10hosting.com/control/) with the email and password you originally chose. It should be obvious where to change it.
