Your account isn't suspended and never has been suspended in the past. Your site is loading a blank page though but this is not related to suspensions. Check your index file.

Also, posting in the forums is never required. You just need to login to the forums at least once every 31 days.

Yes it was supposed to be a blank page since I havent upload anything, The Cpanel was down just now for me for some reason, so I though I was suspended. Anyway, I dont want to use the free service anymore. I'm trying to get it paid (The plan that cost 7$ monthly) but I just cant get through the phone verification, had waited for like 5mins nobody phoning me..

Make sure your not entering your country code(its appended automatically) and the number is correct. The phone call should happen within a few seconds. If you have done that and still having issues, I can get someone to look into it.

I did gave my country code +65, of Singapore, I will try again later. Is it because I made the registration in the noon (Hence its night in US), so no one available to call me?

The phone call is automated.
The system adds your country code to the number. If thats not clear on the order page, I should bug someone about it.
