I can't access cPanel

I am able to access the forums with my user and password but they appear to not be valid for cPanel and 'http://x10hosting.com', what can I do to access those sites?.

What error message do you get when you log into cpanel?

I can't access cPanel either the account control panel, may be someone stole my password and changed it, I don't know, I only can access the forums with my user and password.

Just to confirm, what are you using as the username at the account panel login? If you can get in then you can reset all other passwords: (https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php).

I enter as user 'inercia', I only can access the forum, I can't access either the control panel or the cPanel.

If you log into https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php using the email attached to your forum account and the password for it, it should log you in. There you can reset your password.

'Invalid email address or password supplied.', I get that message when I try to log into 'https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php', It doesn't recognise my email, I only can log into the forum as 'inercia'.

OK, I managed to log into 'https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php' with my email, but I am still unable to login cPanel with the username 'inercia' even though I changed the password, my email doesn't work either. I need some help!.

I try to access cPanel from 'https://x10hosting.com/control/?hosting&u=inercia' and I get the message: 'I can't connect to https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083/login/'. ¿?

OK, I can access cPanel now, I don't know what happened!!.

Sometimes it can take a bit longer for cPanel changes to go through.
Anyways, thread closed. Issue resolved.
