Your account was suspended for a ToS violation, we do not allow nulled scripts (they do fall under warez and is also in violation to US copyright laws).
The suspension is permanent, all access revoked.

No. You've been told that all access is revoked and that's not going to change. Your account will remain suspended, then placed in a termination queue, and then it'll be automatically terminated. You'll not get your site back.
