I see that there's a folder with the same name as that domain. This tells me that you use to have it as an addon domain, right? Look at the number of subdomains you have in your cPanel. If that domain in not in them, then just go delete that folder and try again.

We, who mostly respond to free hosting support threads, are volunteers here, meaning that we volunteer time for it as we see fit. Your other support thread was just around an hour ago. Please give us time to see your thread and respond. Do not continue to create new threads like this as it constitutes spamming the forum.
