ok, i have gotten proof of my license. if you can do as you said, i will reinstall it. im sorry for the issues. i wont be giving anyone admin powers unless i can fully trust them, but they still wont have access to remove branding.

I'm putting in an inquiry with IP.Board now to verify the license key. I cleared the original screencap link from your original post as it was no longer needed, so I figured it made sense to clear it for security

You can also remove said image from the image host you were using for further security. I'll post back once IPB's Sales department gets back to me.

They've responded to half of my inquiry, it's showing it is a valid license #, we're still working on the other half of it. For now, I've unsuspended the account as it actually is a valid license now.

They got back to me on the other part of the inquiry; the domain currently set on the account doesn't match either I ran it against. What domain is it registered under, and if it's not one on x10hosting, you have to update it with them to match one hosted here.
