I unsuspended it and then found links to adult material so it is now permanently suspended for violation of the terms of service.

You can upgrade to premium here: http://x10premium.com/ but you'd have to start your site afresh as adult content isn't permitted on premium either. You can't have any access to the account on free for any reason. No negotiations.
