Trouble with unsuspension

Hey

Firstly, yes I'm aware my account suspension was for forum inactivity and I should have remembered to login. Ironically this is my busiest month or so since I joined x10 of using the x10 cPanel and doing web dev work, surely that would have jogged my memory...

Anyway, I was looking for a method of getting my account unsuspended but I was having trouble finding a method of doing so within the system. I recall there being a system added that would mean that it didn't rely on human-human support tickets but I really can't find anything. I came looking for help on this forum and found in this room a few threads on this subject, notably this one: how to unsuspend yourself immediately?

I tried following the advice of the mod there, including checking the wiki page that was linked (http://x10hosting.com/wiki/HRU) and it would seem I have the same problem as the OP of the aforementioned thread: I can't see an 'unsuspend yourself' button anywhere, nor was there any mention on the paged linked from 'View Status'.

I took a screenshot and that's linked below in case there's a problem and you guys need some kind of proof there is an issue other than my inability to find things. I would be much obliged if someone could please unsuspend me, though if you need more screenies I'd be happy to send some your way.
