Ftp settings for my joomla acount

Good morning everyone
im after a bit of advice regarding my joomla acount and the info i have to place in the global configuration part regarding my ftp acount details?

i tried to put my acount details in yesterday a few times but they failed!

can anyone tell me the settings as i need to update akeeba backup but it needs ftp to be

set up ???


FTP Host FTP Port FTP Username FTP Password FTP Root

Host: Your Domain Name or stoli.x10hosting.com
Username: Your cPanel username
Password: Your cPanel password
Port: 21
