    Change CNAME record

Hello! Can you help me to change dns cname record from mail.site.com with destination to ghs.google.com? I can\'t do it from cPanel cuz Simple DNS zone editor always shows \"That name is reserved (already in use)\" (but if that is reserved, why I do not see it in my DNS records?!). Advanced DNS Zone Editor not working at all - all the time shows \"Please refresh the page and try again.\" Tested with 3 different web browsers.

    Thank you.

    with best regards, t. avip

    Re: Change CNAME record

    Hello,

The mail CNAME is used by cPanel's built-in webmail feature. You'll have to choose a different name.

    Thanks.

Thank you. I have found solution by adding main domain as parked. It's possible to chose mail cname for parked domain, but not for main.
