HELP Again it was suspended.!!

I just copied phpBB3 files to another directory and it says your account was suspended 2/3 warnings.

As the reason says, this happens when you use more than your fair share of server resources. The limits are given in more detail on this page, as well as some possible solutions: http://x10hosting.com/wiki/HRU
If you continue to have issues, you'd need to upgrade to Prime where the limits are doubled, or premium where they are considerably higher.
