y suspended?

pls help. y my hosting get suspended. i just simply extract comments from my site then boom?! im afraid using this next time. i hope u could do something. thanks for your support.

Hello,

You've been suspended for High Resource Usage. You can unsuspend yourself from the account panel.
If you continue to get HRU issues, you may want to upgrade to Prime, Illuminated or Premium where the limits are considerably higher.
