FTP Access for \'special FTP accounts\'

I\'ve just registered an account today and I\'m trying to access the site\'s files through FTP. The special account I\'m trying to use doesn\'t seem to work. I imported the config file into FileZilla and tried to connect. This is what it says in the log:

Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Response: 220 ProFTPD 1.3.3e Server (ProFTPD) [::ffff:69.175.122.178]
Command: USER anonymous
Response: 331 Anonymous login ok, send your complete email address as your password
Command: PASS **************
Response: 530 Login incorrect.
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server

Since this didn\'t work I tried using the manual settings, I inputted the username, server and port, left the password empty because it doesn\'t say and I get the same error.

I tried the same with Core FTP and it did the same thing. Please help.

Response: 530 Login incorrect.

You need to make sure your entering a username when logging into FTP.
