Domain Change and Wordpress

Good day!

I have a wordpress installed on your free hosting, my question is,
if I modify my domain, will my wordpress blog remain? If not, what should I do to keep my wordpress blog, if I change my domain name?

The wordpress itself would remain, but it may need reconfiguring to use the new domain. Please see: http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL for details on how to make the relevant changes.
