Unsuspension really not unsuspended

my account has been suspended. but when i look at the status of the suspension is says finished and my account still isn\'t active...

I have unsuspended your account. Please note that you need to login at the forums at least once every 31 days in order to keep your account active. Failing to do so will place the account back into suspension upon the next time it is checked for activity.

Assuming you sent the ticket in from within your account panel, you would still risk a suspension being replaced unless you visit (login to) the forums (http://x10hosting.com/forums) as soon as possible.
