i don\'t understand why you say I have not logged into my account? I last logged on today and prior to this on 4th June 2011. Have you a problem your end that is not registering my log in\'s?

You need to login at the forums (http://x10hosting.com/forums), account panel won't count. Posting is optional.
I have unsuspended your account, please make sure you login to the forums as soon as possible (assuming you sent the ticket through your account panel I don't think that'll count as a login)
