Website down - Can't access cPanel

Hi,

I can't seem to access my cPanel account. Tells me my user name is invalid.

User ID is (was): Corey4M
Website: dramareunion.pcriot.com

Any help would be appreciated - thanks!

I'm unable to see a Hosting account tied to this forum account. I also do not see any records pertaining to the domain name you gave above. It's possible your account was suspended for some reason and later on terminated for being suspended for over 14 days. Did you by any chance go inactive or receive a suspension e-mail?

If you'd like to see what happened to the account, post up your cPanel username. A staff member will be able to check to see if it was terminated and for what reason.

I didn't see a suspension email, but it may be possible I was suspended. My cPanel username used to be "corey" - but I thought that recently all my user IDs were sync'd to "Corey4M"(?) Anyway, neither Corey4M nor corey works now.

I can see a termination report for cPanel username "corey". Terminated 23rd May 2011 for being suspended 34.22 days. Unfortunately, I can't tell the original suspension reason, but it was likely inactivity if you were unaware of it. You should be able to create a new account from the account panel by logging in to: (https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php) with your email address and password, and then click "Hosting" in the header bar, and there should be a link in the text that comes up to create a new account.
